He has also served as president of the Sonoma County Appraisal Association in 2000, 2002, 2005. When not appraising, he has enjoyed traveling extensively (over 70 countries and all 7 continents.) Tom is a Certified, Licensed, and Bonded residential appraiser. Additionally he has building knowledge having personally done substantial remodeling on several projects and designed and built his own 3500sf house.
